Custom work – A quick Q & A

    Q. Do you take commissions?
    A. Yes – here at Paper Jackdaw we love to create flowers* uniquely for you
    * Book prints, quote bubbles, bunting "insert appropriate product here"...I make it I can make it especially for you.
    Q. How much can I change
    A. Pretty much all of it, I create each piece to order.
    Q. How long does it takes?
    A. My standard lead-time is 8 weeks but if you need something sooner please ask I maybe able to create something quicker or every so often I have display bouquets for sale
    Q. Can I send items to be included
    A. Yes. Depending on sentimental value or material I can include original materials or reproduce items to be included in your flowers
    Q. How much will it cost?
    A. You can amend colours, change the book, add sheet music, more than happy to add little twists in so it really is personal to you - there is no additional charge for this.

For example: This Dracula bouquet is shown with book pages, with red & black leaves for £150.00 if you love this style but want Wuthering heights with pinks & greens it would still cost £150.00

I have compiled a basic price guide here, it covers a lot of the items I create but if you would like something not listed please ask, I am happy to supply a no obligation quote

        Q. I am based 1000 miles away, do you post overseas?
        A. I post my work around the globe, all bridal flowers are sent via a tracked & signed for service. All items are securely packed & boxed so they can resist the rigors of the postal system.
        Q. When will I receive my flowers?
        A. Once your order is placed a timeline is agreed so your flowers arrive in good time for your celebration
        Q. I am still based 1000 miles away, how do I know what my order will look like?
        A. After your order is placed (& in the agreed timeframe) I make your flowers to an almost complete state & will email photos for your approval - this is the stage where tweaks can be made. This is the part where you need to be completely honest: I am not precious about this part of the process; all I want to do is create flowers you love. Honest constructive feedback every time, I cannot create something you love if you don’t let me know that you aren’t keen on the little roses & would prefer the daisies.
        Q. Does this apply to any of your work?
        A. Yes, it does. Each commission is priced on a case by case basis - sometimes for smaller items there maybe a small additional charge for personalisation.

I have a question for you, have I missed an important point, does something not make sense? Please email me with any further questions I am always happy to help.
